Our Team's Printing Needs

DESCRIPTION:

Include:

1. Project name
2. Item description
3. Suggested content and/or design
4. Proposed vendor name
5. Dollar amount of quote

This could include printed materials and specialty items such as balloons for marketing a particular activity or program.

PURPOSE:

This will allow all the team members to provide input on projects applicable to them and allow other team members to know what’s “in the works”. The intention will be to provide an avenue for enhanced collaboration within the team.

BENEFITS:

Avoid duplication of effort & insure adequate budgetary planning/funding.
